All Dover Harbour Board contractor services are submitted to tender or quotation.
Works valued below £30k in value tend to be placed under the DHB Small Works Contract. For values above £30k, a variety of JCT, ICE and NEC contract forms are used.
Performance Bonds are generally required and retentions held where appropriate but not usually on small works.
